Most systems handle records and scheduling. The differences that decide it in daily use are the ones nobody asks about during the demo.

Reporting without a login

If every operator needs an account and training, only the maintenance team will ever report anything. Involving the whole shop floor requires reporting that needs nothing but a phone and a label on the machine.

Usable on a phone at the machine

Not "has a mobile version" but usable in gloves, in poor light and on a weak signal. A technician will not walk to the office to write something down.

Manuals attached to the machine

PDF documentation on the machine's record. Searching binders is the most common silent waste of time, and nobody measures it.

Pricing that does not count users

Per-user pricing makes companies ration access, and rationed access breaks the data. Paying for the scope of the system produces better results.

Room for changes

Every plant has something of its own. Either the system can add it, or the plant bends around the software — and the second option costs more than it looks.

What does CMMS software cost?

Does every employee need a licence?

No. Anyone at a machine can report a fault by scanning its QR code, with no login and no training. You pay for the scope of the system, so the whole shop floor can take part.

How long does implementation take?

Usually under two weeks, including migration from your current system, configuration and team training. Production does not stop for the rollout.

Is the system available in English?

Yes. The interface is available in English, Czech and Ukrainian, and each user chooses their own language, which matters on shop floors with an international workforce.

Can it be used outside the Czech Republic?

Yes. The system runs in the browser and support is in English, so plants in Slovakia, Germany, Austria and Poland are within normal reach. Data is hosted in the European Union under the GDPR.
